Nikita T, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Nikita T graduated from the University of Cambridge with a BA and MA in Economics, specializing in Marketing, Consumer Behavior and Finance. While working as Business Development Manager at BitMEX, he was involved in the design of the spot trading business and worked as Web3 Eco-Development Manager at Galxe, where he was responsible for strategic planning and community operations.
Upon returning to BitMEX, he served as Manager of Derivatives Community Outreach, where he led the team to achieve $70M in annual revenue. Currently, as ubitex.trade's Chief Marketing Officer, Nikita is dedicated to promoting the platform's marketing and user growth, leveraging his extensive experience in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space to help ubitex.trade gain a leading position in the global digital asset trading space.

Nick, Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Nick is a leading operations professional who has been working in the crypto space since 2017, having held key positions at Huobi Exchange and OKX Exchange. He started as Country Manager for the CIS region, then became VIP Manager and later Broker Leader. He is responsible for broker trading, API trading and block trading.
As COO of ubitex.trade, Nick is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the platform and coordinating with various departments to ensure the smooth running of the platform. His coordination skills and hands-on experience allow him to bridge the gap between internal and external communication of the platform, helping to maintain efficient teamwork in response to rapidly changing market demands.
